General information, info on shipping and refunds & returns are set out below.
BREXIT: Due to the bullsh** complexities now involved in sending purchases from Germany/EU to the UK I have suspended shipping from this site, however, you can purchase all available prints from my Etsy shop (WillPearcePrintmaker) where VAT will be added and Etsy will take care of all said bullsh** complexities.
COVID: When orders are dispatched is not affected but there may be delays with the shipping provider/during transit, if the item is intended as a gift order in good time or see below regarding having the item send via expedited shipping.
All artworks/prints are originals. Screen prints are all limited editions, most editions will be under 200.
I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any artworks being purchased and to cancel all and any orders that I see fit, in the event of cancelled orders a full refund will be issued.
All items are shipped from Germany.
Items can be shipped as regular or with tracking and insurance (additional costs apply).
All prints are shipped in wide width thick wall postal tubes, other artworks will be shipped in appropriate packaging.
Items are shipped 2 – 3 times a week. You’ll receive notification by email when your order has been shipped.
If an item is tagged as SOLD OUT that means there are no more available. If an item is tagged as OUT OF STOCK it means the item is temporarily unavailable i.e I need to print more.
Prints and other artworks are sold unframed, if you would like advice/info on framing drop me an email.
Umsatzsteur (VAT): Umsatzsteuerfrei aufgrund der Kleinunternehmerregelung gem. § 19 UStG. No VAT according to the small business entrepreneur ruling according to Art. 19 German VAT law.

All domestic (Germany) orders are sent via DHL with tracking. Delivery can take between 5 – 7 business days. If you would like your order to be expedited contact me (info@bloodredshed.com) BEFORE purchasing and I'll let you know the additional cost.
European Union:
All orders are sent via DHL. Delivery can take between 7 - 14 business days. If you would like your order to be expedited contact me (info@bloodredshed.com) BEFORE purchasing and I'll let you know the additional cost.
Everywhere else:
All orders are sent via DHL. Delivery can take up to 21 – 28 business days depending on the destination. If you would like your order to be expedited contact me (info@bloodredshed.com) BEFORE purchasing and I'll let you know the additional cost.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their purchase, if you have any questions regarding this get in touch with your local customs authority or postal service.
If your order has not arrived by the anticipated delivery time please contact me (info@bloodredshed.com). Please bear in mind that estimated delivery times are estimates, it could be there a bit sooner or it may also take a bit longer, so if you’re buying something as a gift for a birthday or something contact me BEFORE purchasing and we’ll discuss expediting and courier costs.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations:
I want you to be completely happy with the item/s you have bought, if for some reason you aren't, send me an email (info@bloodredshed.com) within 14 days of delivery stating that you will be returning the item/s and would like a refund. A full refund will be issued for all payments received from you, including shipping, when the item has been received by me. Items must be received by me within 21 days of delivery and in their original condition and packaging. In instances of exchanges or refunds the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used by the customer to pay for the item, if this is not possible an alternative will be discussed. If you would like to exchange an item/s please contact me within 14 days of delivery stating that you would like an exchange and we’ll work out how best to proceed. This may involve issuing a full refund whereby you can purchase another item from my website or, if circumstances allow, a direct exchange. Exchanges (or a full refund) will be actioned once the original purchase has been received by me. Items must be received by me within 21 days of delivery and in their original condition and packaging. In instances of exchanges or refunds the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
In the unlikely event that an order goes missing or is damaged during shipping/transit a replacement or full refund will be offered. In instances where an item/s is damaged contact me (info@bloodredshed.com) within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or full refund. Damaged items must be received by me within 21 days of delivery and in their original packaging. Once the item/s has been received by me a replacement or refund will be actioned, a refund for return shipping will also be issued to the customer.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase, in the case of cancellations a full refund will be issued. If an item has already shipped please refer to the refund paragraph above.
I ensure that every print is in pristine condition and carefully packaged before shipping, I will not offer replacements or refunds for items, which have been, or I suspect have been, damaged by the buyer.
